• The service address and details about the property
• The service you’re interested in, your preferences, and any notes
• Whether you agreed to be contacted, and whether you opted in to marketing

When you send a message through the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your request or message, prepare a quote, and contact you about it. If you opted in, we may also send you occasional news and offers; you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your information.

Who can see it

Your request is stored securely and is available only to Bia's Cleaning Service. We use service providers to host the website and send email; they process information only on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any email we send you.

A quote request is not a booking

Submitting the quote form does not book or confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we agree on it with you directly.
